Procoin - Suzhou

The company is founded by Mr. Hans Wrieden (former owner of DeLaRue / Garni) and Dr. Karl Rumbach as a subsidiary company of Reis EUROSYSTEMS AG. Company's activities mainly focus on OEM-production for known brands in the market. In the same time development of an own series of banknote counters and coin processing equipment is started.

Hans Wrieden and Dr. Karl Rumbach sell Reis to the Glory Group, the company is renamed to procoin and gets with South a further shareholder. Procoin starts own sales activities on the market with Procoin-branded products. Procoin becomes well-known as a quality supplier for coin and banknote processing products with competitive prices. The production facilities are being certified ISO 9001.

Movement into new facilities in Frankfurt in order to cover better needs of international customers with extended technical support and larger stock. Procoin UK ltd. is founded for the UK market.

Fusion with the German importer and wholesaler of procoin-equipment, Cashwork e.K., and his owner Mr. Marcus Nau. Re-organisation of the national and international activities. Meanwhile procoin-distributors are representing the product range in over 30 countries. Complete OEM products are on the market under various specialized cash handling products manufacturers by procoin customers. Procoin components can be found in various cash handling products manufacturing procoin customers. Procoin is continuously building up its international distribution network and investing recourses in development of new products. The focus of our activities is still the products and the target is as in the first days: Quality at a good price.

Extension of the procoin facilities in Frankfurt and employment of new staff to cover better customers' needs.
